Great experience
My car broke down suddenly so I had to get a new car quick. At first, I was dreading the whole "car buying" experience because it had never went well in the past. Most car salesmen breathe down your neck the second you step on the lot. I had went to another bigger lot prior to Best Buy Auto Mart and it was an awful experience. At W*****t Ford it took 20 min to sit down and tell them what I was looking for (a 2010 or newer with under 100,000 miles). They brought me a 2006 with over 100,000 miles. Needless to say, they were wasting my time, so I left.
Someone suggested I try a smaller lot. I looked at Best Buy Auto Mart online, found a car I liked and called. Joe, the owner, was very kind and not pushy. He answered all my questions about the car without pressing me to come in that day. There was a sense of trust right away . I went to the lot the next day and loved the car. We made a deal within 10 min. There was none of that "look at this car", "look at that car", "spend more money". He didn't push anything on me.
I think before this, I didn't realize that you could have such a good experience at a smaller lot. I was wrong. I will never step foot in a bigger lot again. There are a lot of great, quality cars here. I was almost tempted to test drive several and Joe didn't even push me to the more expensive cars.
With all that said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEST BUY AUTO MART!
If you just want to look at or talk about a car with no pressure, this is the place to go.
He even washed the car and filled it up with gas before I left with it! Who does that?! Joe at Best Buy Auto Mart does!!
